There are many rental villas and vacation homes in Istria, but none is like Villa Lunaria. The homely feel, the warmth of the owners, and the delicate care of every segment, from first contact to checkout, have made what we thought was going to be a fun holiday into the most amazing vacation. Warmly recommended.
Our vacation at Villa Lunaria definitely lived up to the expectations (and beyond). We had a bunch of options for entertainment and leisure in and around the house, as well as so many things to see and do in nearby Poreč, Rovinj and Vrsar. The only problem: time went by too fast. We’ll definitely be back.

Villa Lunaria is more attractive in reality than in the pictures on the web. Maja is a really warm and welcoming host, the house is spotless, very nicely furnished, very well equipped, and the surrounding area is so relaxing and wonderful. A fabulous experience, to be repeated.

FANTASTIC in every respect. The villa is fabulous, and the area is stunning. The pool is great and you constantly feel pampered. Maja has prepared a great ‘info-pack’ about the property and the activities in the area, which is most helpful. We enjoyed great food and wine, went for long walks and regenerating swims. All in all, an unforgettable experience.
If we could rate this higher than five stars we would! Villa Lunaria is extremenly comfortable and family friendly. We celebrated my wife’s 50th birtdhay here and we could not have chosen a better place to mark this special occassion. Do not hesitate to book this retreat!
We’ve been to Croatia 5 times and this property is the top villa we’ve stayed at so far. I must say that from now on I’m only staying there when I come back. And pictures don’t do it justice. Do not hesitate a minute to book this place.
